Description
This holiday home is a very special kind of property. It offers plenty of space for 8 guests on 140 m², it is located directly on the Bode and was built in Art Nouveau style. Not only the building is stately, but also the interior design reflects the charm. A panorama sauna with a view of the Bode and an adjoining outdoor shower is available free of charge to our overnight guests within the complex.
On the large veranda you can enjoy the warm summer evenings.
In the large living and dining area you can dine comfortably. In the living area with three Chesterfield sofas everyone can enjoy the evening. A fireplace provides a cosy atmosphere in cold seasons.
In the spacious and high-quality kitchen, meals for 8 people can be conjured up. Adjacent to the kitchen is an additional dining area for 6 people. This offers enough space for conversations.
The house has a bathroom with separate toilet. Further hygiene utensils are also available for our younger guests.
On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms. One room has an additional loft bed.
